SOMETIMES THE NEXT STEP ISN'T DOING MORE.

Maybe you're already trying to take pretty good care of yourself.

You're eating well. You're trying to move your body. You may be taking supplements. You've read about protein, fasting, blood sugar, cortisol, hormones, gut health and all the things women are supposedly meant to be doing in midlife.

And yet, something still feels off.

Your digestion may not be as predictable as it used to be. Your energy can fluctuate. Your sleep may have changed. Foods you've eaten for years don't always seem to agree with you anymore.

And everywhere you turn, there's another recommendation:

Eat more of this. Stop eating that. Track this. Optimize that.

Taking care of yourself can start to feel like a full-time job.

Sometimes what we need isn't another thing to do.

Sometimes we need to simplify long enough to notice what's actually happening.

That's what we'll do together during the Fall Cleanse.

FOR 2 WEEKS WE WILL FOCUS ON:

NOURISH

You'll eat real food. This isn't a juice cleanse or a plan built around going hungry. You'll prepare nourishing meals from whole foods, with a nutritional shake incorporated into the plan.

SIMPLIFY

We'll temporarily remove some foods and habits so you have an opportunity to notice how your body responds without all the usual noise.

SUPPORT

We'll support the body's normal detoxification and elimination processes through nourishing food, hydration, regular bowel movements, movement, and targeted nutritional and herbal support for liver, bile and digestive function.

SLOW DOWN

Food is only one part of the picture. We'll also tend to sleep, stress, movement and the nervous system—all of which influence how we feel.

LISTEN

Maybe the most important piece.

You'll practice noticing what your body is communicating rather than immediately turning every signal into another problem to solve.

You may notice connections between your digestion, energy, sleep, stress, food choices or daily rhythms that you hadn't recognized before.

This cleanse is different.

There is plenty of extreme cleanse and detox advice out there.

This isn't that.

I don't believe you need to starve your body, live on juice, or follow an impossibly rigid protocol to take good care of yourself.

For two weeks, we'll come back to the foundations: whole, nourishing foods, hydration, digestion and elimination, movement, sleep, nervous-system support, and targeted nutrients and herbs that support liver, bile and digestive function.

We'll temporarily simplify some of what you're eating—not because those foods are inherently "good" or "bad," but because simplifying gives us an opportunity to get curious.

What gives you energy?

What leaves you depleted?

What helps your digestion feel more settled?

What habits create friction?

What seems to create more flow?

You don't need to emerge from this time eating perfectly. You'll come away understanding your body a little better.

For some women, that's exactly what they need—a seasonal reset and a return to the basics. For others, these 2 weeks begin to reveal patterns they want to understand more deeply.

Either way, the cleanse gives you a place to begin.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE:

Cleanse Guide

Your roadmap for the experience, including the cleanse plan, recipes, shopping guidance and practical information to help you make the cleanse work in your real life. This cleanse was originally created by my colleague Dr. Holcomb Johnston, ND, of Enso Natural Medicine. I have been leading the seasonal cleanse for the past seven years, bringing my functional nutrition and health-coaching perspective to the experience.

Cleanse Journal

Your journal will give you a place to notice what's happening with your digestion, energy, sleep, stress, habits and overall sense of wellbeing throughout the cleanse.

Community

There's something different about making a change alongside other women who are doing it too.

You'll have a place to ask questions, share what you're noticing and receive support throughout the experience.

2 LIVE CLASSES WITH ME

We'll meet on September 23 and September 30.

I'll teach you about the different parts of the cleanse and why we're doing them, answer your questions, and help you think about what you're learning from your own experience.

Both classes will be recorded, so you can participate on your own schedule.

This class is for you if you're ready for a nourishing, whole-body reset that supports liver function, digestion and elimination while helping you simplify, slow down and reconnect with what helps your body feel well. With real food, thoughtful support and a little less noise, these two weeks give you a place to begin.

What Past Cleansers Have to Say:

E.B., Bozeman, MT

"The cleanse with Karen Mitchell helped me re-set my body back into balance. This cleanse is not about restriction of your diet, but rather about nourishing the mind and body so you can bring things back into balance. Throughout the experience I felt encouraged by Karen's support, the delicious recipes, the fascinating classes, and the community of fellow cleansers. I would recommend this cleanse to my nearest and dearest, it is well worth the effort."

M.B., Delaware

"I am feeling much relief from digestive distress and left the cleanse with a plan for moving forward. I saw an ad for a liver cleanse on Instagram and thought...hmmmmm? Maybe? I was a bit hesitant as I have done cleanses before and didn't really notice any remarkable results. Then...enter Karen & the Enso cleanse. I expressed interest but had a few questions. Karen reached out to me and we had a great discussion. It was clear from our conversation that she is quite knowledgeable and very compassionate. So, I signed up! I found the cleanse to be easy to follow and for me....VERY effective. The recipes, ideas and support that Karen provided are truly unmatched. The group was helpful, supportive and did a great service of providing tips and additional recipes. Thank you! Thank you!"

B.B., Bozeman, MT

"It was a fun experience! The Enso cleanse was the first group cleanse I have ever been a part of. Meeting other cleansers while going through it myself was encouraging and gave a sense of camaraderie. The supplements were both easy to use and tasted great. Having the outline and recipes made it so easy to just pick my start day, go shopping and start the cleanse! I look forward to joining in on the next cleanse!"

The Fine Print:

This cleanse class and the information provided are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new health program, including this cleanse.

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. By joining, you acknowledge that you have consulted your doctor or healthcare provider if you have any concerns about participating.

WHAT ABOUT THE SUPPLEMENTS?

Yes. The nutritional shake is part of the cleanse and is purchased separately from your registration.

The traditional cleanse also includes a set of supportive drops used alongside the whole-food plan to support digestive function, lymphatic movement, bile production and the liver's normal metabolic work. Depending on your individual needs and circumstances, some participants may complete the cleanse with the nutritional shake alone rather than the full shake-and-drops protocol.

You don't need to figure this out before you register. I'll explain the options and help you understand which approach may be appropriate for you.

WHY I KEEP OFFERING THIS CLEANSE

I've been leading this seasonal cleanse for seven years. Originally created by Dr. Holcomb Johnston, ND, of Enso Natural Medicine, the cleanse is centered around nourishing whole foods and supporting the body's normal liver, digestive and elimination processes.

Over those years, I've also worked with many women navigating digestive issues, thyroid concerns, fatigue, food confusion and the changing landscape of midlife health. One thing I've learned—both professionally and through my own health journey—is that we don't always need another complicated intervention.

Sometimes we need a period of simplicity.

A chance to eat well, slow things down, pay attention and reconnect with some of the basic things that help us feel good.

And sometimes, when we create that space, we realize there's more we'd like to understand.

Maybe you notice that your digestion still isn't quite right. Your energy continues to fluctuate. You're struggling with food restrictions or aren't sure what to add back in. Or you begin to see connections between your gut, thyroid, sleep, stress and daily habits that you'd never considered before.

That's useful information.

The cleanse doesn't need to solve everything. It can simply give you a clearer place from which to decide what your body needs next.

I'm Karen Mitchell, a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Certified Functional Nutrition Lifestyle Practitioner.

My role isn't to tell you what your body should need. I bring education, structure and support to help you understand your body, recognize patterns and make choices that work in your actual life.

For some women, these two weeks are exactly the reset they needed. For others, they're the beginning of a deeper process—and if that's where you find yourself, there are ways we can continue working together.
