- A 6 month container of community, expert support and coaching for women ready to improve their energy, learn to eat for their body’s needs, have a clear brain and hormone balance.Â
- Community calls - Tuesdays 2:00 - 3:00 pm MTN time: time to learn about a concept or topic to expand your understanding. Ask your questions, get clarity, learn from others - all in this call.Â
- Two 1:1 meetings: getting to know you and your health history, then one at the end of the program - this is where we learn about your story, your health and more and begin to create the plan for your transformation.
- 12 educational modules to help you learn about your body’s systems, to guide you deeper in connecting your heart, mind and body to a balanced you. This is the deeper education piece - self paced, but generally 2 modules per month is a good pace.
- Access to the Enso cleanse (cleanse supplements not included) when it is offered (generally spring and fall)
- 10% off supplements via Fullscript, my online dispensary
- Personalized support available every Wednesday afternoon where you submit recent lab tests, food journals or ask more specific questions. I respond with my recommendation to you via private email or personalized recorded videos. “Wednesday office hours”Â
